- ronan o domhnaill Added 26/11/2017★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆My partner and I have just returned from your bakery in Clare Hall. We wanted to get good quality bread but were disappointed.
We selected two loaves and asked the girl, Klaudia to slice them on the slicing machine. She did so with difficulty and let a few slices fall on the ground in the process. She could not find a bag to fit the loaf and clumsily stuffed the slices in. She said nothing and we wanted speechless. With the second loaf she mangled it badly after three attempts to slice it and was going to bag it when we intervened. They was no way we were going to pay for bread that was falling apart.
It is clear to us that the girl has had little training in serving customers and serving bread properly. Nor did she seem to really care. I wondered for a long while why the shop has so few customers and now I know.
We have no problem paying for quality but will have to look elsewhere for bread on the Northside of Dublin.
